Our Story
From the Heart of the Mountain
At Catleya, coffee is experienced as an act of conscious hospitality: a pause to connect with the culture and territory that make it possible. Our bar honors the Coffee Cultural Landscape and the tradition that defines this region.
We serve a regional specialty coffee from the mountains of Dosquebradas, grown at 1,650 m.a.s.l. by local coffee farmers. We support medium-sized growers who tend each cherry with the care it deserves. Every cup reveals notes of chocolate, caramel and green tea, with bright acidity and a smooth, silky body.

The Experience
How do you live the experience?
During the event, the bar remains active as a meeting point and conversation hub, integrated into the atmosphere and rhythm of the celebration.
Machine preparations
Espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, macchiato and mocaccino.
Manual extractions
Filter methods including Chemex, V60 and Cerapotta.
Natural infusions
Made with fresh herbs and seasonal fruit.
Signature cold drinks
Coffee granita or Sunset Cafetero.
Hot drinks are offered unlimited for 4 hours. Cold options are served by choice, one per guest.
