1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Catleya Royal Club web platform (hereinafter, 'the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of the provisions herein, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. Service Description
Catleya Royal Club is a country club located at Vereda Penjamo, Coffee Region, Colombia, offering accommodation, gastronomy, spa, nature activities, and events. The Platform allows users to browse information, make bookings, and manage their accounts.
3. Registration and User Account
To access booking features, users must create an account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities conducted under their account. Catleya Royal Club reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.
- Specific cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of each booking.
- Catleya Royal Club reserves the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure, notifying the user in a timely manner.
- Prices published on the Platform may change without prior notice and are not binding until booking confirmation.
5. Acceptable Use
The user agrees to use the Platform lawfully and not to:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Make fraudulent or speculative bookings.
- Attempt to access restricted areas or internal systems without authorization.
- Post or transmit illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including texts, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Catleya Royal Club or its licensors and is protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without express written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
Catleya Royal Club shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including service interruptions, typographical errors in prices or availability, or the content of third-party websites linked from the Platform.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and complies with Law 1581 of 2012.
9. Modifications
Catleya Royal Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current terms.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be submitted to the competent courts of the Coffee Region, Colombia, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Hotel Policies
Rates & VAT
The published rate is the nightly price per room and includes breakfast for all occupants. Extra beds carry an additional cost and must be requested before arrival. The rate does not include 19% VAT, which applies to Colombian tax residents (Decree 2646 of 2013). Foreign guests staying more than 60 consecutive days must also pay VAT; those with a tourist visa are exempt.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in, via email.
- Later cancellations incur a charge of one night or 50% of the total stay.
- Stays over 4 nights or 3+ rooms: free cancellation up to 15 days before.
- Early departure: 100% of the total reservation is charged.
- Changes and modifications are subject to availability.
Reservation Policy
A 50% prepayment of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation, payable by bank transfer or credit card. Online payments are processed 10 days before check-in.
General Policies
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. — Check-out: 12:00 noon.
- Small pets are welcome (e.g., Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese, Pomeranian, Miniature Poodle). Medium and large breeds are not permitted.
- Children under 14 years of age are welcome under the supervision of their parents or a responsible adult.
- All credit cards accepted.
- Free private parking for guests.
- Breakfast included in the rate for all room occupants.
- Free airport / bus terminal ↔ hotel shuttle. Please inform us of your airline, flight number, and arrival time.
